Odds and ends FAQ U 2!!! Things people send

Q: When are you going to take out the garbage?
A: When I get this damn website done, ok?!

I rarely get any questions about my comic, so I'll just use this space to explain some stuff as if anyone cared.

Q: What shape is Spiro's head supposed to be?
A: It's a non-regular polygon with bi-radial symetry. The base is flat. The back is flat. The face is a conic section. Happy now!?

Q: Why are their colors so weird?
A: The only thing stranger than spiro with blue skin is to use flesh-tones like Hemi. The whole "polygon head" thing just looks wrong with human colors. Blue is about the only color that makes him look RIGHT to me. Also, K8 looked odd with natural tones. Her colors work better this way as far as I'm concerned.

Q: Why does K8 have no waist?
A: Because I drew her that way and I like it.

Q: How come Spiro has fingers and Hemi doesn't?
A: It's a stylistic choice.

Q: Is K8 supposed to be some vaguely "chibi" manga style character?
A: No. She's that way because of some aspects of how K8 really looks. I will say it has inadvertantly led me to insights into some concepts behind anime that I didn't know before.

*Ooo, here's our first question actually asked by someone!*
Q: How many times do I have to ask a question before it appears on the FAQ? (*asked by VileTerror*)
A: So far, once is enough for me to put it in, as long as it's a decent question in the first place.

Q: WHO THE FU-! Who's the blue girl? (*asked by VileTerror*)
A: That's Briget. She was supposed to look completely black, but you've discovered something I was hoping to hide. For a better answer, invert the colors in photoshop to see a more "color correct" version of her (except the outlines get screwed up, as well as the eyes). Yes, for those who might be wondering, she's named after the Celtic goddess. No, she's not a goddess. She does have a few questionable habits though.

Q: Is this the last question is your BS FAQ?
A: Yes.
